Terms of Service

1. The service
Crosscast lets you upload video content and publish or schedule it to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) that you have connected. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to store your files and transmit them to the platforms you select. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish — including music, footage and likenesses — and for complying with each platform's community guidelines and terms.
3. Connected platforms
Publishing depends on third-party APIs that we do not control. Platforms may reject, delay, restrict or remove content according to their own rules, change their APIs, or revoke access. When you connect a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; TikTok and Instagram connections are subject to TikTok's and Meta's terms respectively.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Crosscast to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive (including undisclosed paid promotion), spam, or that violates the rules of the destination platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Early access
Crosscast is in early access and provided free of charge for now. The service is provided “as is” without warranties; scheduled publishing depends on third-party availability and we cannot guarantee that every post publishes on time or at all. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time; we then delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
