Delete your data
Last updated: July 29, 2026
You can remove your data from Crosscast at any time, without contacting us. Choose whichever of the following matches what you want to delete.
Disconnect a single platform account
Sign in and go to Accounts, then choose Disconnect on the account you want to remove. Its OAuth access and refresh tokens, along with the profile details we cached (account ID, display name, handle, avatar), are deleted from our database immediately.
You can also revoke Crosscast's access from the platform's own settings — under Apps and Websites on Instagram, Security on TikTok, or Third-party apps on your Google account. Doing so stops all publishing to that account right away.
Delete individual videos or posts
On the Posts page, the delete control removes a post along with its schedule and per-platform settings. On the Videos page, deleting an upload erases the stored file itself — delete any post that uses the video first.
Content that has already been published to a platform stays on that platform. Remove it there if you want it taken down too.
Delete your whole account
Email privacy@crosscast.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We confirm within 7 days and permanently erase everything within 30 days: your profile, every connected account and its tokens, all uploaded videos, and all post history. Server logs containing your IP address roll off on their own schedule, within 30 days.
This cannot be undone, and we do not keep a backup copy afterwards.
